사람 선행사 (who / that)

A. 사람 선행사 + who (or that)
사람을 수식하는 관계절을 이끌 때는 관계대명사 who (또는 that)를 씁니다.
I met a man who can speak six languages.
나는 6개 국어를 할 수 있는 남자를 만났습니다.
Jim knows a lot of people who live in London.
짐은 런던에 사는 많은 사람들을 압니다.
A thief is a person who steals things.
도둑은 물건을 훔치는 사람입니다.

B. 사물/동물 선행사 + that (or which)
사물이나 동물을 수식하는 관계절을 이끌 때는 관계대명사 that 또는 which를 씁니다.

C. 주격 관계대명사 문장 결합 구조
두 문장을 관계대명사로 하나로 연결하는 방법입니다.
A woman phoned. She didn't leave a name. -> The woman who phoned didn't leave a name.
전화한 여자는 이름을 남기지 않았습니다.
A bus goes to the airport. It runs every hour. -> The bus that goes to the airport runs every hour.
공항으로 가는 버스는 매시간 운행합니다.
The man who lives next door is a doctor.
옆집에 사는 남자는 의사입니다.
